Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that international travel requires advance planning, and occasionally things happen in life that might require you to cancel a trip. Please see our cancellation policy below:

Policy for multi-day USA and International Photography Workshops:

• Greater than 200 days before the workshop start date: full refund of any payments made.
• 199-120 days before the start of the workshop:  We will refund any payments made exceeding 50% of tuition.
• 119-91 days before the start of the workshop: We will refund any payments made exceeding 75% of tuition.
• Within 90 days of the start of the workshop: No refund.

 

Policy for Private 1-day or Multi-day Tours:

 If you cancel more than 15 days before your scheduled tour date, you will receive a full refund minus a 4% booking fee. If you cancel within 14 days of your scheduled tour, you are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of the tour date are non-refundable.
