April 22nd - Sunrise Shoot - Midday Break - Afternoon Sunset Shoot
April 23rd - Sunrise Shoot - Back to our cabin for breakfast - head for home.
Weather permitting we will be at our sunrise shoot by 6 am each morning and then continue to shoot through the morning. Each day there will be lunch at our cabin and a scheduled midday break for downloading and rest. Each day at 4 pm we will have training/critique/editing sessions followed by early dinner and returning to the field for our evening shoot (sunset 8 pm).
Our itinerary is constructed for shooting in the best lighting conditions and, if we experience an overcast day (great for photography) we will edit accordingly. Be prepared for changing weather conditions from rain to possible snow (in high elevations) including plenty of layers, waterproof boots, and rain gear. We will shoot be shooting in a drizzle but not hard rain and wind.
One of the many benefits of small group size is the ability to design a more intimate all-inclusive experience for each workshop. Our group will be staying together in a large cabin and our meals will be cooked fresh daily by our private chef. Best of all, no worries about anything but photography and returning home with the best possible images for you! No fussing with hotel reservations and no scurrying to crowded restaurants in between shoots which allows for more comraderie, learning time, and relaxation on our trip.
